Leading Edge Hydraulics Earns 2008 Summit Award at Consona User Conference

The Best Overall Use Award, part of Consona’s annual Summit Awards, honors a customer that has demonstrated excellence in utilizing multiple products (modules, features, add-on, third-party) and services from Consona. Recipients of the award submit both qualitative and quantitative data that illustrate how the solution has improved the customer’s overall business performance. Award recipients display full use of both core and add-on solutions, steady business growth, a strong return on investment, and a passion for implementing and mastering new technologies.
LEH has consistently used the Intuitive ERP solution as the platform for delivering more value to customers and growing the company. The Intuitive solution has enabled LEH’s customers to save hundreds of thousands of dollars in reduced on-hand inventories by shortening lead times from 10 weeks to 10 days and added a 52 week forecasted plan at the individual part level all through EDI integration. The response from customers has been extremely positive.
Since the implementation of the Intuitive ERP solution, Leading Edge Hydraulics has realized the following results:
- A 20-fold reduction in order entry time; quintupled the amount of data processed in forcasting.
- Reduced MRP run times from 40 minutes to two minutes with two version upgrades, while still growing the business.
- More than 60 percent reduction in non-conforming product reports from customers.
- Support for overseas expansion.
