Healthcare Organization Selects UltiPro® Workplace for HR and Payroll Management

With 420 employees, New Jersey-based Regional Women’s Health Management had been using several different solutions provided by a payroll service bureau that were not integrated, so the company was faced with reporting challenges, duplicate data entry, and reconciliation issues. The healthcare management company’s finance and HR teams were also becoming frustrated by the poor response from their provider’s customer service. After reviewing their options, Regional Women’s Health Management selected UltiPro Workplace in December 2008.
