DacEasy by Sage 2010 celebrates 25 Years Helping Businesses Grow
Atlanta , GA - May 14, 2009 - Sage North America announced today the availability of DacEasy by Sage 2010. Now in its 25th year supporting small businesses, DacEasy 2010 offers a number of new product enhancements to further increase user efficiency and productivity.
DacEasy is a complete, powerful, easy-to-use accounting and business management solution. It incorporates a series of fully integrated modules that deliver vital information to help operate and grow a business. Improve control over jobs and projects with the upgraded Job Cost module. The module provides a full-featured job cost solution that includes job status, user-defined cost categories, phases and sub-phases, estimates, and billing types.
Improve sales processes with integrated credit card and signature debit card processing. New integration to Sage Payment Solutions will help make the sales process even more convenient through either Order Entry or Point of Sale.
Improve cash management. The enhanced Cash Module simplifies cash transactions and provides better insight into the status of bank accounts. It provides a single point of entry for payments and deposits while providing a running balance for bank accounts on a ledger. Additionally, the new Account Reconciliation tool separates disbursements and deposits into different lists and makes it even easier to reconcile your bank accounts.
Improve business opportunity management. The new Quote History feature allows businesses to gain more control and better manage opportunities during the sales process. It allows entering multiple quotes for each sales opportunity and retains each version of the quote that is supplied to the customer.
In addition, DacEasy 2010 now offers Customer Purchase Lookup in the Accounting and Order Entry modules that simplifies product reordering and allows businesses to quickly view their customers’ past purchases and service them intelligently. Payroll management has also been simplified with a new Enable/Disable User-Defined Earnings Codes feature to help manage non-regular payments to employees, such as bonus payouts and sales commission payments.
