Kemper Valve & Fittings Corporation Chooses Sage ERP MAS 500 to Integrate Systems and Increase Efficiency
IRVINE, CA—Sage North America announced today that Kemper Valve & Fittings Corporation, a thirty-five-year-old manufacturer of high-quality pressure pipe unions and related oil-field fluid control products since 1965, has selected the Sage ERP MAS 500 system as its primary business management solution. Through its business management software and services, Sage helps nearly 3.1 million small and midsized North American businesses increase their efficiencies and facilitate operations management.
With nine warehouses and ten independent agents located across the U.S. and Canada, Kemper’s commitment to quality and excellence requires an efficient business management tool. Previously, the company was using two different applications to manage its manufacturing and financial operations but, while these performed well, they did not offer the many features and benefits of an integrated end-to-end business management solution.

Time-saving benefits were immediate. “We no longer need to perform duplicate data entry and write software to keep the two systems in sync,” Liotus said. “We are now able to focus those resources on growth and improvement.”
Another benefit is the overall efficiency increase resulting from having all the data in one system. “We don’t have to look in multiple places for the data we need,” explained Liotus. “Our corporate data is interrelated and the data and analysis provided by the system allows us to make strategic decisions in a timelier manner.”
Multi-company and multicurrency support within the software has allowed the company to manage its Canadian operation in Canadian dollars, facilitating financial reporting and eliminating the need to manually perform currency conversions.

On every count, this project has been a success,” he added.
